Tom Doring

Tom Doring is currently the President at Ammega, a position they have held since 2019. They also serve as Executive Vice President at Southwire Company, where they continue to apply their extensive leadership experience. Previously, Doring was President of Vacon Inc. from 2009 until it was acquired by Danfoss in 2014, subsequently becoming the Head of Danfoss Drives Americas. Doring's earlier roles included various positions at Eaton Corporation and Danaher, where foundational skills in engineering and sales were developed. They earned a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Dayton and are currently pursuing graduate work in Sales and Marketing at Syracuse University.
