Reg Singh

Reg Singh is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the technology and assessment industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Sova Assessment since January 2022, Reg previously co-founded and partnered with Parisima Talent from January 2016 to July 2022. Prior to this, Reg held the position of Regional Sales Director for Middle East and Turkey at IBM, overseeing the Smarter Workforce Kenexa division from January 2013 to November 2015. Reg's career began with Kenexa, where positions spanned from Project Manager to Managing Director between 2002 and 2013. Reg also contributed to Core Concept Inc as a Relationship Manager and held roles at Deloitte Consulting, TD Securities, and PwC in various capacities. Reg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from McMaster University.
