Sova Counseling is a mental health clinic in Salt Lake City specializing in eating disorder care for adolescents and adults.

We provide evidence-informed, multidisciplinary treatment that addresses complex relationships with food, body image, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Sova was founded to expand access to specialized eating disorder services within Medicaid-funded systems in Utah. We operate within real-world reimbursement, regulatory, and workforce constraints while maintaining clinical rigor and collaborative care.

In addition to direct clinical services, we partner with schools, medical providers, and community organizations to strengthen early identification, referral pathways, and implementation of sustainable care models.
