Sova Operations is inspired by Athena—clarity, strategy, and decisive action. “Sova,” meaning owl, reflects our focus on sharp insight and practical solutions for fast-moving startups.

We pair that with the “wartime CEO” mindset: getting in the trenches with founders and tackling the real operational work that comes with scaling. Whether you’re managing runway, making team or product shifts, or building your first People Ops systems, we become your on-demand partner.

What I Do

- Build People Ops foundations tailored to your stage
- Implement clear systems and simple processes—nothing bloated
- Help you hire faster with sprint-based recruiting (you keep every candidate)
- Design onboarding, expectations, and performance systems
- Take the people load off your founder plate
- Guide tough decisions with clarity and practicality
- Strengthen communication, alignment, and culture early

What You’ll See Here

- Tools and systems you can use right away
- Fast-hiring insights
- Culture and alignment guidance
- Real talk (and humour) about startup chaos

My Philosophy

Most founders don’t have people problems—just People Ops work eating their time: hiring, onboarding, performance programs, compensation reviews, messy vacation tracking, tool setup, and the admin that piles up as teams grow. I help you clear that backlog and build only what you need.
