Bert Fockens

Bert Fockens has extensive experience in spiritual care and religious leadership, primarily as a Geestelijk verzorger at SOVAK since October 1995, an organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities in West-Brabant and the Land van Heusden and Altena. Concurrently, Bert served as a predikant for the Protestantse Gemeente te Terheijden-Wagenberg until September 2020, collaborating with SOVAK. Additionally, Bert was a member of the Stichting tot Steun aan Protestants-Christelijke Instellingen in West-Brabant from March 2010 to April 2019, which provided financial assistance to health projects in the region. Earlier roles include serving as a predikant at the Hervormde Gemeente te Echteld from August 1986 to September 1995 and as a docent godsdienst - levensbeschouwelijke vorming at Mytylschool Ariane de Ranitz from September 1980 to August 1995.
