Sayed Ashrafi

Sayed Ashrafi is a Quality Assurance Analyst at Sovatech Systems Inc. since December 2020, responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery, designing and executing comprehensive test plans, and conducting various testing types including functional and regression testing. Proficient in backend database testing using SQL and automation using Selenium IDE, Sayed also addresses defects via JIRA while participating in SCRUM meetings. Previously, Sayed served as an IT Officer for the Visa and Passport section at the Afghanistan Embassy in Paris, Monaco, and Portugal from June 2015 to November 2020, managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and assisting in IT policy development. Sayed holds multiple Master's degrees from Schiller International University and the University of Roehampton.
