Fedor Kovatev

Fedor Kovatev is the Executive Director for legal support of PPP projects at Sovcombank. They previously served as Deputy Executive Director for legal support of corporate and investment business at Sovcombank and held the position of Head of practice (PPP) in the Legal Department at Sberbank. Fedor gained valuable experience as an Associate at Hogan Lovells and Gide Loyrette Nouel, focusing on infrastructure and project finance. They began their legal career as a Trainee at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and later worked as a Paralegal at Vegas Lex Advocate Bureau. Fedor earned both a Bachelor and Master Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
