Sovereign Minds helps turn well-educated minds into well-formed minds.

Sovereign Minds is an education and leadership initiative that equips young people (aged 16 and above) with the character, communication skills, and moral courage needed to lead meaningful lives and effect positive change in society.

This mission is delivered through two core streams:

- The Personal and Professional Masterclass, which develops personal growth and self-mastery, and;
- The SPEAR Oratory Prize Competition, which cultivates confident public speaking and persuasive communication

Take the first step in becoming a well-formed mind through the 'Personal & Professional Masterclass'. The world will need leaders like you. Today's and tomorrow's challenges cannot be solved by yesterday's thinking.

The SPEAR Oratory Prize Competition is a flagship event where 16-18 year olds from across the United Kingdom come together to speak out on global issues. It is less about showmanship and more about depth of thought, moral courage and ability to find solutions to the difficult challenges that young people face today.
