Nicholas Pedersen

Nicholas Pedersen holds a diverse background in hospitality and management, with recent experience as a Management Intern at Château de Fontager, where responsibilities included various aspects of hotel management. Previous roles include serving as a Ski Instructor at Niseko Base Snowsports, Section Waiter at Restaurant Alouette, and Front of House as well as Restaurant Manager at Hot Pot Republic. Currently, Nicholas serves as Head Waiter at Sovino Brands, overseeing service flow and guest experience. Nicholas has pursued academic excellence, obtaining a High School Diploma from William Howard Taft Charter High School, a BSI 2 in Ski Instruction from Oure Højskole, and a BSc in Business Administration and Service Management from Copenhagen Business School. Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Economics and Business Administration at Copenhagen Business School, Nicholas is focused on the Management of Innovation and Business Development.
