Aaron Grassi

Aaron Grassi, CFA, CPA, serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Sovos since January 2022, managing financial planning for M&A transactions and leading company-wide financial initiatives. Prior to this role, Aaron was an M&A Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included researching acquisition targets and modeling deal structures. Aaron's earlier experience includes working at BDO USA, LLP as a Valuation and Capital Markets Experienced Associate, focusing on SaaS business valuations and developing financial models for private equity-backed companies. Aaron holds a degree from the University of Florida and graduated from Palmetto Ridge High School.
