Anne Waite is an experienced professional in product documentation and knowledge management with a robust history of leadership and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Documentation at Sovos, Anne previously held significant roles at Ping Identity, including Senior Director and Director of Knowledge Management, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing large teams, enhancing user experience, and implementing innovative training solutions. At Rocket Software, Anne advanced through various management positions leading global teams in information development, while earlier roles at IBM and Colorado State University provided a solid foundation in technical documentation and research. Anne holds a Master of Science in Technical Communication from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
