Ben Roberts

Ben Roberts is a professional with extensive experience in product management, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Sovos since June 2015, following a progression through various product management roles and compliance services positions within the company. Prior to Sovos, Ben held an HR Intern position at Green Valley Greenhouse, where responsibilities included drafting employee handbooks and conducting candidate interviews. Additionally, Ben worked as a Teaching Assistant at Bethel University, aiding in the instruction of communication research and facilitating class discussions. Early experience includes a marketing internship with Keys 4/4 Kids and a team member role at Arby’s Restaurant Group, where excellent customer service skills were honed. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Bethel University, emphasizing employee communication.
