Chandia Lorena

Chandia Lorena is an experienced Agile Leader with a strong background in project management and team training. Currently serving as Agile Leader II at Sovos since February 2022, responsibilities include integrating new teams into the Agile framework and facilitating Scrum events. Prior to this role, Chandia held positions at Acepta as a QA Manager and at Zrismart Consultores as Project Manager, where project planning and team leadership were key responsibilities. Previous experience also includes a role as Zonal Sales Manager at Avon, where sales team management and recruitment were essential. Educational qualifications include a recent diploma in Agile Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Bío Bío.
