Eileen Earl

Eileen Earl currently serves as VP of Customer Success at Sovos since March 2024. Prior to this role, Eileen was Head of Core CSM at ZoomInfo from September 2020 to March 2024, overseeing approximately 100 employees globally and managing an $800M portfolio consisting of 6,000 logos across multiple market segments. Eileen's experience also includes a tenure at Eze Software Group from June 2010 to September 2020, where responsibilities evolved from Associate Director to Director of Client Success, leading teams and managing significant client accounts while fostering strategic relationships. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics from Swarthmore College, earned in 2010.
