Emily Cripe

Emily Cripe is an experienced professional in the fields of sports management and education, currently serving as an Alliances Account Director at Sovos since March 2022, following roles as a Partner Account Manager and Enterprise Account Manager. Prior to this, Emily held the position of Senior Woman Administrator and Head Women's Soccer Coach at Hamline University from March 2017 to April 2022. Additional experience includes being an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Sport & Event Management at Elon University and working as a Match Analyst for the Women's Soccer team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Emily's coaching background includes serving as an ECNL Coach with Minnesota Thunder Academy and an Assistant Soccer Coach at the University of St. Thomas, where Emily also worked as a Research Analyst and Prospect Manager in Institutional Advancement. Emily Cripe holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, as well as a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Seton Hall University.
