Joanna Hysi is a Senior Regulatory Counsel at Sovos, a position held since 2021. Earlier, Joanna served as Regulatory Counsel and Legal Counsel within the same company from 2019 to 2021 and 2018 to 2019, respectively. Joanna also worked as a Jr. Attorney-in-Law at Koutalidis Law Firm from 2012 to 2014 and as a Legal Researcher for the European Crowdfunding Network in 2017. Joanna earned an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012 and completed a Bachelor of Laws at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2011 while conducting research on financial crowdfunding as an MPhil candidate at The University of Manchester from 2015 to 2017.
