Tiffany Mucci, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Compliance Services at Sovos, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Tiffany spent a decade at Ohio National Financial Services, advancing from Tax Manager to overseeing significant responsibilities in tax legislation research, audit material coordination, team management, and cross-departmental collaboration on tax information processes. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Western & Southern Financial Group as a Senior Tax Accountant, focusing on tax compliance, training, and the coordination of tax reporting processes across multiple departments. Educational achievements include a PhD in Organization & Management with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University, an MBA from Ohio Dominican University, and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from the same institution.
