Triveni Rai

Triveni Rai is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Operations Associate and AI Specialist at Sovos since September 2025. Previously, Triveni held the position of Marketing Intern at New Tradition, where auditing website and social media performance was a key responsibility. As a Graduate Assistant at Fordham Gabelli School of Business, Triveni successfully planned and executed various career and social events to engage the student community. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Marketing Associate at Mindtickle, where Triveni significantly improved the NPS customer feedback program, and as a Marketing Executive at BigStep Technologies. Triveni holds a Master of Science in Marketing Intelligence, Analytics, and Research from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Banasthali Vidyapith.
