Jeannette Bruno, SHRM-CP, CFP, is a certified futurist and change management practitioner currently serving as the Director of Change Management at the VA's Chief Technology Office, where they lead national initiatives to enhance services for Veterans. Previously, they worked at GSA's Technology Transformation Services, driving technology modernization efforts and collaborating with federal CIOs to shape strategies for the future. Jeannette has also held several roles in research and evaluation for non-profits, contributing to education program assessments in both Philadelphia and Nicaragua. They are pursuing an MS Ed at the University of Pennsylvania and hold a BA from The Catholic University of America.
