Their background includes leadership roles at General Dynamics and KPMG, where they drove significant improvements in process and technology implementation. Mike is also the founder and director of Loudoun FLEXX Girls Basketball, dedicated to developing elite female athletes. They hold a BA in Business Management from Radford University.
