Yan Charbonneau

Yan Charbonneau is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at SOVRA since June 2024. Previously, Yan held various leadership roles at mdf commerce, including SVP Product & Technology and VP Product & Technology, overseeing a large team and responsible for the development and operations of 25 products tailored for SaaS and Enterprise-SaaS customers. Yan's extensive experience also includes positions at TECSYS as Vice President Research and Development, TELUS as Director of Research and Development at Telus Health, and significant contributions to Ubisoft in various roles, culminating in Production Director. With a strong educational background in computer science from Université de Sherbrooke and Cégep de St-Jérôme, Yan has consistently focused on fostering effective teams and transparent communication throughout a diverse career that began with programming roles at Loto-Québec and Microids Canada.
