Previously, John held roles such as Senior Product Director at ASUS Thailand and Regional Managing Director at Xiaomi Technology, where they oversaw business operations across Southeast Asia. John has also been an APAC Business Lead and Co-founder for a neobank and served in senior positions at Lazada and ASUS, focusing on product management and business development in various regions. John holds a Master's degree in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an undergraduate degree in Management and Systems from City, University of London.
