Nik Arif Izani

Nik Arif Izani has extensive experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Nik Arif is currently the Head of Commercial at Igloo since September 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Sales at Fermion from August 2021 to September 2022. Nik Arif also served as the Employee Benefits Director at PolicyStreet from May 2019 to July 2022.

Nik Arif Izani began their career at Jardine Lloyd Thompson as an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits department from July 2011 to June 2013. Nik Arif then moved on to Marsh & McLennan Companies, where they worked as a Senior Client Executive - Employee Benefits from June 2013 to December 2015. During their time there, they provided clients with expert knowledge in insurance products and played a key role in assessing their program needs.
