Babac started their career as a Co-Founder at Metric Science, a company dedicated to making online media better by providing advertising professionals with greater insight into the media that they buy and sell. In November 2011, they joined OnScroll, an ad technology platform which is redefining the way in which the industry values and trades online advertising. As Co-Founder, they helped grow the company from 2012 to 2016 when it was acquired by Sovrn Holdings, Inc.

Babac Vafaey has a BA Hons in Marketing & Communications from London Metropolitan University.
