Matthew Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew started their career as a Busser, Barback, and Cook at Silver Beach Pizza Company, where they gained experience in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness. Matthew then worked as a Customer Service Professional at Fifth Third Bank, providing excellent customer support.

Matthew later took on roles at Yardi as a Business Development Specialist, creating reports and pursuing business opportunities, and at PlanMember Financial Corporation as a Networking Specialist, executing portfolio trades and coordinating with multiple departments.

Matthew further expanded their skills as a Business Analyst-C and Accounts Payable Specialist at Vertafore, analyzing data and providing analytical reporting and data inputs. Matthew also worked as a Software Developer at Turing School of Software & Design, where they learned object-oriented programming and agile workflow processes.

As a Full Stack Engineer at American Alpine Club, they played a major role in overhauling the organization's membership model and projected a significant increase in subscription revenue. Matthew then joined DISH Network as a Software Engineer, developing and maintaining an internal REST API using Python, Apache Spark, AWS, and other technologies.

Currently, Matthew works as a Software Engineer II at Sovrn, continuing their career in software development.

Matthew Holmes completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from Grand Valley State University from 2008 to 2011. Matthew further pursued their education in Back End Development at the Turing School of Software & Design from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Valley State University during the same period of 2008 to 2011.
