Patrick Browne

Patrick Browne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Patrick currently works at Sovrn as a Staff Software Engineer since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Sovrn from August 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as a Software Engineer II at Sovrn from May 2018 to August 2020 and as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test from April 2018 to August 2020. Patrick also held the role of Software Development Engineer in Test at Sovrn from June 2016 to August 2020.

Prior to their tenure at Sovrn, Patrick worked at Dish Network as an SQA Engineer II from April 2015 to June 2016.

In 2013, Patrick worked as an SQA Engineer at patrickbrowne@outlook.com, where they focused on automation testing, defect and bug discovery, acceptance testing, regression testing, integration testing, and tracking logging and reporting. Patrick was involved in the development of private cloud-based storage devices and utilized TestRail and Python-based test harness for test case creation and automation. Patrick participated in both Waterfall and Agile-based development approaches.

From July 2012 to January 2015, Patrick worked as an SQA Engineer at Connected Data, specifically as a QA tester for their Transporter product.

Patrick's earliest work experience was as an IT Intern at ConAgra Foods from November 2010 to September 2011.

Patrick Browne attended Creighton University from 2008 to 2012. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Business Intelligence Analysis from Creighton University. Patrick also received the same degree from Creighton University's Heider College of Business during the same period. In November 2022, Patrick Browne obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
