Trish Gerlitz

Trish Gerlitz serves as the Chief People Officer at Sovrn since February 2024 and advises executive teams in people team leadership through TG Consulting starting from May 2023. Previously, Trish was the VP of People & Inclusion at CrossFit, LLC from August 2020 to May 2023 and held dual roles at the City of Boulder as Head of Human Resources and Deputy Director of Human Resources between December 2018 and September 2020, contributing to the Racial Equity Guiding Coalition. Trish also worked as a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach at Purpose + Plenty from January 2017 to August 2020 and was the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Datalogix from January 2006 to November 2015. Additionally, Trish directed human resources at Requisite Technology from 1998 to 2004 and worked at Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains as a Center Assistant and Youth Educator from 1996 to 1998. Trish holds a BS in Interpersonal Communication and Health and Human Services from Ohio University and trained at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
