SoWell Education Partners was born from a simple but powerful idea. When our co-founder set out to build a school from the ground up, the vision was clear: create a place where academics and social-emotional learning weren't competing priorities but one integrated approach. That vision took hold. Students thrived. Culture strengthened. And the results spoke for themselves.

SoWell is rooted in the belief that social wellness is the foundation of everything else. When students feel seen, supported, and connected, they learn. And when adults have the skills and systems to sustain that environment, schools become the places they were always meant to be.

Founded in 2026 by a former school founder and a former school counselor turned school leader, with 15+ years of combined experience, we bring something most consulting firms don't: a rare blend of academic and SEL expertise, earned through years of actually doing the work. We have sat in counseling offices and leadership seats, built systems, hired teams, and supported students through their hardest moments.

Strong culture and strong academics are not in tension. They are the same work, approached with intention, built into systems, and modeled by adults every day. Our work spans trauma-informed school culture, SEL integration, leadership and team development, adult learning, and sustainable operations. SEL is woven through all of it, not as an add-on, but as a lens that shapes every engagement.

We listen carefully, diagnose thoughtfully, and design support that meets each partner where they are. We work nationwide.
