(pronounced so-when-er)
It's Cornish for success.

We believe success looks different for everyone. That’s why we work as long-term partners, supporting finance professionals to grow their careers, not just make their next move.

We’re a specialist executive search and finance and accountancy recruitment business built on transparency, trust, and long-term relationships.

What sets us apart is Kelmi Intelligence - our data-led platform and the first of its kind in recruitment. It gives candidates a clear, honest view of a business before interview, from financial performance and growth plans to leadership structure, tech stack, culture, and flexibility.

For our clients, this means the right people lean in while the wrong ones self-select out, resulting in faster hires, stronger alignment, and leaders who stay for the long term.

We specialise in supporting high-growth and private equity / VC-backed businesses by securing the right finance talent, from newly qualified and part-qualified roles through to CFO, C-suite, and executive leadership.

We work in close partnership with founders, CEOs, and CFOs, acting as a genuine extension of their team rather than a transactional recruiter. As an investor-backed business ourselves, we understand the realities of growth and bring insight shaped by real experience.

Whether you’re building a finance team or planning your next career move, we’re here to help you make informed decisions and get it right first time.
