When it comes to buying a home, we don't believe in compromise.

We believe shared ownership is the future. That’s why we evolved from LRG to form a team that’s fully focused on the shared ownership market and provides the best expert support. Established in 2018 with hubs in Wokingham, London and Nottingham, SOWN specialises in selling both new-build and re-sale shared ownership homes.

As a leading property company, sustainability is at the core of everything we do. We strive to ensure our company is as eco-friendly and energy-efficient as possible. We're proud to say we have been carbon neutral since 2022, reaching our target 8 years early.
