Alan Moore is an experienced privacy attorney currently working as the Assistant General Counsel for Privacy and Data Protection at S&P Global, leading privacy initiatives in the EMEA and Americas. Alan has a rich background in legal roles across various sectors, including advisory practices and judicial positions, and has held significant responsibilities in developing privacy protocols and compliance strategies. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Samford University and an LL.M. in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of East Anglia, among other qualifications.
