Andy Liu is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in credit ratings and financial analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director at S&P Global Ratings since July 2002, Andy Liu leads three teams focused on TMT, Consumer & Retail, and Korea. Previously held positions include Director, where oversight included a portfolio of 59 companies in Greater China, and Associate Director, contributing to corporate ratings in the Media & Entertainment Group. Andy Liu's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, specializing in economic consulting and quantitative analysis, and as a Senior Analyst at Thomson Financial, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Educational credentials include an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BS in Economics and Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
