Brian Herbert

Brian Herbert is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in global tax reporting and domestic tax management. Currently serving as Sr. Director - Global Tax Reporting & Domestic Tax at S&P Global since March 2022, Brian previously held the position of Director - Domestic Tax at both S&P Global and IHS Markit from May 2012 to March 2022. Prior roles include Tax Supervisor at Hein & Associates and Tax Senior at Deloitte. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Tax from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Idaho State University.
