With over twenty years of experience in Human Resource management, Brona has held prominent roles such as Global Head of HR at Menzies Aviation and Head of HR at British Telecom, driving talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness in various sectors. They hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering from University College Dublin.
