Charles Rue

Charles Rue serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at S&P Global, where they shape recruitment strategies and lead a global team to attract top talent for a 35,000-person organization. With a history of leading large recruitment teams and hiring over 7,000 professionals annually across multiple regions, Charles has extensive experience in agency, RPO, and in-house recruitment within complex environments. Previously, they managed recruitment operations for HSBC and led talent acquisition for IHS Markit, among other roles. Charles holds a degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management.
