Chris Brooks is currently the Executive Director of The Journal of Commerce and JOC Events at S&P Global Market Intelligence, a position held since 2022. Previously, Chris served as Executive Editor at IHS Markit from 2012 to 2022, where they managed the day-to-day operations of The Journal of Commerce and oversaw conferences. Prior to that, Chris held managing roles at both United Business Media and The Journal of Commerce from 2005 to 2012 and 1984 to 2009, respectively. Chris earned a B.A. in Journalism/Communications from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven in 1984.
