Chris Kennett

Chris Kennett is the Associate Director and Global Emissions Research Lead at S&P Global Energy, where they oversee research initiatives. Previously, Chris served as Director of Geoscience at nextGeo and held various roles at IHS Markit, including Principal Emissions Researcher. Chris also worked at Statoil as a Production Geoscientist and taught Geography at Hinchley Wood School. Educated at the University of Birmingham with an MSci in Resource & Applied Geology, Chris furthered their studies with an MSc in Petroleum Geoscience from Imperial College London and obtained a PGCE from UCL Institute of Education.
