Debra Boyd

Debra Boyd is a seasoned financial analyst who currently serves as the Managing Director of Government Methodologies at S&P Global. With extensive experience in financial analysis and rating systems, they previously held positions including Senior Director at S&P Global Ratings and Managing Director at Truist Securities. Debra began their career at Standard & Poor's, later earning a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Public Finance and Economics from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
