Deena McCabe

Deena McCabe is currently the COO and Head of Legal for the Chief Client Office at S&P Global, where responsibilities include leading the Integration Management Office. Previously, Deena held various positions including Executive Director and Senior Legal Counsel at IHS Markit and worked at Morgan Stanley in Global Capital Markets. Early in their career, Deena trained as a solicitor at Ashurst, gaining experience in banking, corporate law, and international secondments. Deena's educational background includes a Legal Practice Course and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, complemented by a degree in English Literature from the University of Leeds.
