Francesca Cameron is the Global Head of Customer Success at S&P Global Market Intelligence, a position held since 2022. Previously, Francesca held various roles at S&P Global starting as an Associate in Key Accounts in 2013, and progressing through positions such as Manager of Customer Experience for Europe, and Director of Customer Success for Europe. Francesca has expertise in supporting client relationships and training in information products, particularly within the equity and fixed income sectors. Francesca earned a BSc Hons in Mathematics, Statistics, and Finance from the University of Strathclyde in 2011.
