Fred Muselli is a compliance and regulatory risk leader with extensive experience in financial services. They currently serve as Managing Director of Business Controls at S&P Global Ratings and have held senior roles at institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, and BNP Paribas. An attorney licensed in New Jersey and the District of Columbia, Fred holds multiple FINRA licenses and is pursuing both a B.S. and M.B.A. at Monmouth University, along with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law.
