Gray Bender is a seasoned professional in energy transition and sustainability, currently serving as Principal Consultant for S&P Global since July 2023. Prior experience includes a Research Associate role at Harvard's Belfer Center from January 2022 to May 2024, as well as a Summer Staff position at the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe in 2022, focusing on sustainable energy policy. Bender spent five years at Arup as a Senior Sustainability Consultant, leading multi-disciplinary projects and enhancing energy efficiency strategies. Education includes a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a B.S. in Civil Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
