Janet Baker

Janet Baker serves as the Assistant General Counsel, Transactions & Data Privacy Lead at S&P Global, bringing extensive experience in legal and compliance roles. Previously, Baker held the position of Compliance Officer and Global Data Privacy & Transactions Counsel at Axiom, as well as Principal at Walker Oliver Law & Affiliates. Other roles include Executive Director at The Links, Incorporated and General Counsel at Trijan Development. Janet Baker obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and has also participated in a Junior Year Abroad program at the University of Oxford in Exeter.
