Jeff Sexton is the Senior Director and Head of Communications for the Americas at S&P Global Ratings, where they leverage extensive expertise in strategic communications and media relations. Previously, they held various roles including Director of Communications and Assistant Vice President, excelling in client engagement and message development. Jeff started their career at Sims & Associates and progressed through positions at XTEND Communications and Cohn & Wolfe, consistently delivering results and earning commendations. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications at the State University of New York at Albany.
