John O'Dwyer is an accomplished energy analyst with extensive experience in regional market analysis, particularly focused on the US Gulf Coast. Currently employed at S&P Global since June 2025, John is responsible for forecasting market fundamentals and analyzing dynamics in significant oil and gas regions, including the Permian and Haynesville, as well as related pipeline activities for current and planned LNG projects. Prior to this role, John contributed as an energy analyst at S&P Global Energy from September 2024 to May 2025 and completed a New Development Internship at EDP Renewables North America in the summer of 2023. John O'Dwyer holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Texas A&M University and is pursuing a Master of International Affairs at Texas A&M University's Bush School of Government and Public Service.
