Jon Cox

Jon Cox, J.D., is the Director of Tax Planning & Strategy at S&P Global, a position held since 2022. Previously, Jon served as a Senior Manager in International Tax at PwC from 2015 to 2022 and as a Law Clerk at Lamson Dugan & Murray, LLP from 2013 to 2015. Jon began their career as a Staff Accountant at Epic Energy Resources in 2009, followed by a role as a Senior Product and Financial Reporting Trainer at Rivet Software from 2010 to 2012. They hold a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Creighton University School of Law, earned cum laude with a concentration in Business Law, and are currently studying Energy Sustainability and Mandarin at the University of Hangzhou. Jon also earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.
