Kyle Webb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Director, Global People Partner at S&P Global since March 2019, Kyle has successfully designed and implemented talent strategies in partnership with the S&P Global Ratings Commercial team, focusing on areas such as team effectiveness and leadership development. Previously, as Senior Director, Culture & Engagement Lead, Kyle led initiatives to enhance workplace sentiment and support organizational values. Kyle also holds previous roles at Accenture as a Strategy Manager and Strategy Senior Consultant, and has experience in corporate audit and supply chain management from positions at Pfizer, Continental, and Marathon Oil Corporation.
