Lucella W. is a seasoned Agile transformation leader with over five years of experience in facilitating Agile practices and leading cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. They hold multiple certifications, including Certified SAFe® 6 Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and Project Management Professional (PMP)®. Lucella has successfully led multiple teams in Agile training and implementation, achieving notable improvements in efficiency and project delivery speed. Currently, they serve as a Senior Scrum Master at S&P Global and have previously held roles at organizations such as Meridian Credit Union and BMO Financial Group, where they fostered effective communication and collaboration to align Agile practices with business goals. Lucella obtained an MSc in Project Management from the University of Bayreuth and a BSc in Business Administration and Management from the University of Buea.
