Maggie Chen

Maggie Chen is a Professor of Economics and International Affairs at George Washington University, where they have held various academic positions, including Associate Professor. They are currently a Senior Advisor at S&P Global and a Senior Consultant on Trade and FDI Policy with the Inter-American Development Bank. Previously, Maggie worked as a Senior Consultant in Trade Policy at the Congressional Budget Office and held consulting roles at the IFC and the World Bank. They earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
