Michael Jaeger is a quality-focused technology leader with over thirteen years of experience in Quality Assurance. They began their career at PrecisionIR Group as an Event Producer before transitioning to various roles including QA Analyst at Estes Express Lines and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at S&P Global, where they currently coordinate cross-team QA efforts and mentor new hires. With a strong foundation in automated testing and a focus on enhancing communication and productivity, Michael has consistently driven improvements across multiple projects. They are pursuing a BA in English at Longwood University.
